A one-of-a-kind wine list

At Le Bistrot des Résistants, our wine list is conceived as a real journey through France’s terroirs, and a few neighboring countries. With nearly 1,000 references, it brings together iconic winemakers alongside newly established ones, major estates alongside much smaller houses.

We offer a rich selection of estates, regions, and cuvées, as well as numerous vintages, from the most recent to the rarest.

Finally, because we’re passionate about wine ourselves, we make sure our wines, even the most sought-after, stay accessible and reasonably priced.

Clean, living wines

Our selection rests on strong, deliberate commitments. We favor wines from organic, biodynamic, or natural winemaking, produced with respect for the balance of living things and terroir.

But beyond the labels, our first requirement is always the honesty of the wine itself: upright, precise, easy-drinking wines that clearly express where they come from, without artifice. Every cuvée is tasted and chosen for its sincerity and balance, with close attention paid to the winemaker’s craft and the overall coherence of their approach.
